Tranquility in a medical centre

The public area of the Medical Centre in Sint-Michielsgestel has a pleasant atmosphere, but the sound in this space is barely absorbed.

The sound of people talking while waiting is enhanced by reflections and leads to noise pollution in adjacent spaces. At the end of May, ATIS installed several sound absorbing SonoSorber ceiling islands above the tables and the result was satisfactory. The sound of people talking has been muffled, creating a calmer environment.
